The third formula in our garage, the FRT 03 represents our latest internal combustion formula. Apart from countless working hours, we will remember this formula for competitions in the Czech Republic and Croatia, as well as the valuable lessons we learned. Before we retire FRT 03, we will do last dance on track this summer, at a competition in Italy.
One of the biggest improvements on this project is the digital LCD screen on the steering wheel that displays key data and warnings for possible driving problems, made using the Qt framework.

Compared to the first car FRT01, improvements have been achieved in the form of a weight reduction of 53 kg, an increase in engine performance, and better construction solutions for the chassis, suspension and bodywork. A pneumatic speed change system was selected, and the state of the car is available on the display for the entire duration of the drive.

The first FESB Racing project, FRT01, was created in the desire to implement acquired theoretical knowledge in concrete engineering solutions. After getting acquainted with the rules and the format of the competition, a lot of work hours were spent on the design of the vehicle, which achieved an excellent result among starters on its first competition in Italy.
